You may use this channel to raise concerns relating to:

  • Harassment, bullying, or discrimination

  • Bribery, corruption, or conflicts of interest

  • Violations of company policies or our Code of Ethics

  • Data protection or information security concerns

  • Any behaviour that feels unsafe, unethical, or improper

Wiserfunding provides a secure, anonymous reporting form hosted on Microsoft Office 365.

You do not need to provide your name or identifying information.

Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation

Wiserfunding strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. We will:

  • Maintain confidentiality to the fullest extent possible

  • Ensure no retaliation, disadvantage, or penalty for reporting

  • Investigate concerns promptly and fairly

  • Take appropriate corrective action where necessary

If you believe you are experiencing retaliation, please report it immediately.

What Happens After You Report

  1. Your report is received securely by our internal review team.

  2. An initial assessment is performed to determine urgency and handling.

  3. A confidential investigation is conducted by authorised personnel only.

  4. Corrective and preventive actions are taken where appropriate.

  5. If you provide contact details, we may request further information or provide follow-up.

Anonymous reporters may still receive limited feedback where technically possible.
